PENALTY MACHINE is the debut album from Matt Anderegg, full-time member of Mothers and collaborator to countless a friend in creativity around the Athens/Atlanta corridor.

His solo recording project GROUP STRETCHING traffics in bizzarro pop & minimalist composition alike, this time expanding the pallette of last year's brief but promising debut EP "Wave Goodbye to You Visitors" to technicolor majesty via a host of new sonic techniques that ensure PENALTY MACHINE sounds like it could have come from no mind but Anderegg's.
